Site Updates:
12/5 Finally switched the site over to the Christmas design!! I have so much sewing to do...Christmas outfits for the new dolls and Christmas presents for my little friends. Eesh, so much to do! Hope you all are having a great Christmas season! 9/14 I have transfered all of my Picasa albums to a new account because of Google issues. (I hate Google!) Here's the new account link: https://picasaweb.google.com/dolldreams1 All of my comments, tags, captions, and everything are stil intact. 7/26 Hey peeps! Yep, I'm still here. We went to the MCM sale and AGPC earlier this month. I got five dolls (*blush*) at the MCM benefit sale along with a few assorted clothing pieces, and then I got a couple other things from American Girl Place Chicago. Click the first picture in the slideshow to go meet all the new girls. They've also all been added to their respective Meet the Dolls pages. 5/2 I hope you like our new slideshow at the top of this homepage. You can click the pictures to go to whatever site/page the picture is advertising. (i.e. the picture of Adria links to her facebook page) 4/18 Everyone I'm so sorry I have not updated in so long! Crazy life! I would like to ask you all to keep the Staudenbauer and Justice families in your prayers. Jeremiah Staudenbauer, age 15, was killed instantly in a car accident yesterday. I met him a couple times; but I know the Justice family a lot better; and i know that they are all hurting. 2/3 We won the Springtime Setup contest!! Thank you all for voting! 1/29 Have you voted for usin the springtime setup contest??? http://twopeasinapoddesigns.com/2011/01/26/a-two-peas-spring-challenge/ 1/15 ~ I FINALLY took down the Christmas decor on the website...so we're back to blue, purple, and green!! :-) 1/1/11 ~ Happy New Year everybody! I hope you have a great 2011!! | I got my first AG doll when I was 3-4 years old. That was a Bitty Baby named Polly. My first 'Big' AG doll came when I was 6. I got Josefina Montoya for Christmas. On my 7th birthday, I got Addy Walker.
Then there was a period when I got no dolls. For Christmas 2006, I got Molly. I bought Violet (A Life of Faith) with my Christmas money. I won Kathleen (Also A Life of Faith) in a LOF contest in March 2007. I bought Kaya with money I got off of eBay from selling my Bitty Twins (the worst mistake I've ever made...selling my Bitty Twins, that is...buying Kaya was a great choice) and a Pre-Mattel Felicity arrived off of eBay for my 12th birthday. In November 2007, I bought a Just-Like-You doll #26 (named Adria) with money I had leftover from our trip to Hawaii. For Christmas 2007, I got Nicki Fleming. In June 2008, for my birthday, I got Kirsten Larson. We went the Madison Children's Museum/American Girl benefit sale in July 2008 and I got Jess, Samantha, Joan and #28 (Heather) there. I got Laylie as a reward for a summer reading program that A Life of Faith did in September 2008. Chrissa arrived for my 14th birthday in June 2009. Solana and Kit arrived for Christmas 2009. I got Noel and Julie for Christmas 2010. I bought Rebecca, Elizabeth Bennett, Hayden, Hannah, and Star at the Madison Children's Museum American Girl Benefit Sale in July 2011. |
